Citibank Credit Card GGGRRRRR

I already close the Citibank credit card almost a year. To close the card, I just make contact with Citibank Card Center operator by phone. This is their procedure how to close the Citibank credit card. What am I think it is simple procedure. Of course, I already pay all my credit card bill. I also ask, whether do I need to submit a credit card that already cut to Citibank office? The answer of operator are you donot need to do, because the card is automatically closed by the system. Citibank Card Center operator said "That my card is closed, if there is a any billing to me, he suggested to be ignored".

In the early months after the closing of my Citibank credit card, I always get a quote from the Citibank telemarketing offred shooping product until insurance products. And I always said that I was closing my credit card. Several months after the closing, I still get billing mail with brochures of shopping catalog. Is Citibank springe that theiir former consumers who have the card to use them again? Next month, have not received a letter of charges. That means that my credit card has been closed by Citibank. Thanks God.

The beginning of the year 2009, I found a new credit card from Citibank to my home address. While my Citibank credit card billing address has been directed to my office address where I work, not to my home. Package of the new card rejected directly by my wife, because she felt no interest with the Citibank. Why Citibank always make a deliberate mistake? At that time, I have a Citibank started intimidation to the former customers.

Around February 2009, I get an SMS from Citibank that said

"Effective in 1 February 2009, the cost of delay in payment is 6% of the Minimum Payment is not paid in up to 1 month before the date of billing. Minimum Rp75, 000, -, a maximum of Rp150, 000, -"

Early April 2009, I have 2 brochures from Citibank. Crazy! Citibank have not very ethical in business.

27 April 2009, I've got a letter billing of Rp300, 000,- (US$30) to pay the Annual Membership Fee in 2009. Does this always happen to the former Citibank customer? Especially in Indonesia. Is Citibank also do the same in other countries? This is a form of blackmail that do by Citibank. Meanwhile, we are the former customers never get a legal letter that we have legitimate closed Citibank credit card. But when we do apply a credit card, must have legal document. What do Citibank blackmail to me sistimatically? I donot like their strategy.
